Salary 7 LPA completing wings 1
After completion of wings 1 what will be the percentage compensation hike..if i have salary of 7.2 LPA ,C1 grade currently. Please any one help me out.. Is wings 1 will worth for me or not?
1/1.5 lakh... One of my friend also cleared got only 1 lakh increment, as his salary was 7.5 Lpa when he joined... It means if u already have high package then increment will be lesa
So, then after promotion to C2 the package will be increased by same.. then what will be the benefit of wings 1
You're right, there's no point in pursuing Wings 1. I'm in the same situation—I have a similar experience and was just promoted to C2 grade with a salary increase of only 1 Lakh LPA. Even if I cleared Wings 1, it would still just be another 1 Lakh increase, so there's really no benefit in going for Wings 1 at this stage.
If you're not facing political issues in your project , then it's absolutely worth it,
PS: I've been trying since 4 yrs , not able to clear it , first year C band, next year I didn't pass tech track even though I cleared all the coding questions and mcqs , next year same C band ,
It's all the game of politics
