Salary
I have completed 3 years in TCS. For the first two years, I was in support role. That’s why I was getting night shift allowance. After that my project had cancelled support role and combined it with development team. After that my salary got reduced. But now also I have to do support works. And the biggest problem is from last year, my home loan started. Now with this much salary in hand, I’m unable to manage my family expenses. Can anyone help me what I can do now ?
