What kind of salaries can someone expect with 0-5 years of experience after an MBA from ISB???

If previous profile is solid 40-50L base If previous profile is not relevant with the role offered 30-40L base If avg performance in ISB 25-30L base.
Outlier can go 60L base+ 30-40 variable

Depends on role you are in. However, one can expect in hand around 2-2.5L/month after tax.. CTC is bloated so not going into it.

That's 36L-43L in CTC terms... I doubt the average person makes that. Also, there are multiple campuses now and large intakes...
