Sakata seed Vs Tcs(2 C Bands)

Im working in Tcs, and I recently got a offer from from Sakata seed with 35 percent hike, but third party payroll. What should I do, should I stay in Tcs or should I move to Sakata Seed, Bangalore. If I stay in Tcs, only job security is there but no hike, and have got 2 C Bands, if I move to Sakata, job security is not there but hike is there.

Im so confused, please advise.
