Said TATA to TCS

I finally resigned from TCS, with months long preparation and interview appearance. My whole experience from the moment I joined TCS has been nothing less than hell. I was severely low-balled in terms of compensation, and I had no counter offers to negotiate.Within a few months of joining, TCS itself motivated me to switch. RMG has heartless, brainless creatures, who are capable of doing anything to hide their own 💩 mistake. Even the management pretends to be on our side and supportive, but all they care about is policies. I saw people faint in front of my own eyes in RMG ODC because of their never ending threats and stress.

Gladly I got to work with a bunch of great colleagues, but the work was never stress-free. During one of the critical go-lives they ended contracts with two of the main lead developers of our team, because of which all the burden of the activities fell on my shoulder , without any back-up or support Also they had me interview more than 30 people to fill those vacancies in my project. I did them diligently, Only to know later on that the interviewer should at least be C3A and above.

TCS is no longer a synonym for Trust, but it is toxic. I really don't think of recommending anyone to join TCS after all the experience I've had first-hand.

Why do you people hesitate to fight with management/RMG?

FluffyQuokka
FluffyQuokka

I had in fact put up a fight and did not abide by their call for a month and half. But the RMG along with the manager threatened me of disciplinary actions resulting in termination. It's not very easy to deal with RMG.

Absolutely correct. Need to educate people to not join TCS. It's worst company

Did u serve 3 months np?

FluffyQuokka
FluffyQuokka

Yes. There was no exemption there, as I was the only critical resource in the project and my manager refused any reduction in NP.

I have not received any calls because we have a three-month notice period in TCS. If possible, could you please help me with this?
