Reviews are extremely bad. See the reviews in leetcode and glassdoor. The pay is good though.

The founder is amazing, I once got a chance to talk to him, and I can't deny the fact. Regarding company, you get great culture, high ownership, and recognition for your work. They pay really well too.

Recruitment process might depend on the role & experience. But for freshers, it was highly DSA focused with projects discussion.
