Sadistic approach

I am in CITI project from Pune , previously they were asking to sit in offc for more than 5 hours , then 9+ VDI hours and now they are saying to take one leave a day and if two leaves you will need approval from HR and all is this happening in any other project as well in pune

Ngl I have heard this is happening in alot of projects. Dont let them squeeze you out. Focus on yourself. If you feel too pressured just jump ship
