I don’t think he became a goof cricket. He couldn’t survive in India’s competitive world. And had to go there.

Agre. There are quite a few talented ones who never got a chance beyond Ranji or IPL. Problem of plenty, power, influence all exist . So why not play in US which is ready to promote the sport while giving a great sports infra and a better work life balance.

No real engineering happens in India Real cricketing does happen but I doubt he’d be good enough for it
