Sabbatical on Bench ❓❗

Anyone took sabbatical while he/she was on bench .. My friend didnt got any band this year coz of being on bench(he expected though) 😅😅😂 .. So he is going for sabbatical ? Will it get approved ?

I think sabbatical will be given to anyone no constraint as sabbatical is completely without pay

@Purity Thank you bro for this info.. He is kinda confused coz the sample space for people who have taken sabbatical on bench is few to none i guess 😅😅 so no way other than talking to HRto get info.
