Sabbatical Leave For Elderly Parent Support.

Team , I was working continuously with a project for 9 years , now I am getting released , I need sabbatical leave for 3 months to support my elderly parents. How many days in advance should I start the process and with whom should I connect , RMG or Current project HR ?

You have to mail current hr with all the documents and cc your managers and leads. Wait for Hr's approval they will get your documents verified from tcs doctors if the tcs doctors provide their approval then you will be able to take sabbatical.
