Trending @Infosys; Sabbatical leave

Hey everyone!

I’m working in Infosys and I’ve been under a lot of pressure in the project and I’m new to development field. Shifted internally from testing to development. I’m not getting time to learn skills or even some personal life. It is very stressful for me.

Even if I ask for release they might assign me to another project immediately and not sure how they work environment would be.

Anybody knows about any solution for this? Does anybody have idea about sabbatical leave? If I take sabbatical for 2 months , will it be paid or loss of pay? Just thinking to take a break and learn some skills and have some peace of mind and have some quality time with family.
