Hi everyone, I want to avail sabbatical leave of around 6 months. I am eligible as per the criteria specied for sabbatical leaves.
Please suggest what should I tell the HR and how to get approval for these leaves?

Talk to your manager and DM. They need to be approve it. If sabbatical is for non medical reason then it's difficult unless your husband or wife is moving onsite.

If you are okay to tell under which criteria you are availing sabbatical.
There is not much info on sabbatical hence, would like to know.
Approval from managers is required before going to hr I believe.
