Sabbatical Leave

Does anyone know about the Sabbatical leave option at TCS? If I pursue an MS abroad, can I join TCS in that country after completing my studies? Also, is it mandatory to rejoin TCS after the Sabbatical? If so, is there any bond requiring you to work at least one year at TCS after your studies?

Read the policy document in HR hub in education section , you'll get some clarity. If you took some money from TCS for education as loan, then you have to payback or else you can directly resign before your 2 years leave completed. Not compulsory to work for a year, you can resign at any point of time during your LWP.
