Sabbatical

After 2.5 years of working as a software developer, I took LWP for my masters. I have joined back by September and according to the TCS system I'm 4+ years experienced. Does this mean I'll be promoted from the role Asst. System Engineer? Or will only hands-on experience be considered for the role promotions?

Only hands-on experience will be considered for role promotions. Your time on LWP won't count towards your experience for promotion purposes. So, you won't be promoted just based on the total years. Keep hustling! 💪
