Trending @Capgemini; Sabbatical at Capg for 6 months CDAC course
I joined Capgemini as a freshman and it's been a year working here, I intend to upskill myself from a full time course from CDAC but I don't want to leave my current job as it's just a matter of 6 months, so my question is can I apply for sabbatical, is it possible in my case that they grant me the sabbatical, as in current market scenario resignation seems to be risky
Why u want to do CDAC prepare well and switch
I'm BTECH in Al and wanted to work in Al Data science, data analytics or data engineering domains
But they allocated me for the frontend profile which I don't have background in.
And also it's taking time for me to learn it which is okay but I feel data is and going to be in lot of demand, so to get trained in what I already know and get job I'm looking for CDAC course and I got good rank as well in entrance so that I can choose the best institute and course I want.
Take some course, there are plenty of cheap courses available, for data engineers and data scientists
Sabbatical means no salary ,better to search for a good source of learning along with job
