Received an email from Ravi congratulating me for getting promoted based on consecutive good performance year over year. No eletters yet for promotion. What does that mean 😂😂

There is no defined process here for Hike, Promotion, Bonus etc

Things they really care about are TruTime, RTO, Mouse and Keyboard activities monitoring 🤦🤦

Most probably within this week. Anyhow we will get to know once we get the salary this month

I don't think there will be any changes to VP

Hey folks, I can see advance statutory bonus is missed in the revised compensation letter for a SA promotion. Is it for everyone?? Before I used to get 2k every month.
