Hi All , can anyone tell what is the next step, I am on PDP for more than 65+ days, got a showcause notice 10 days back and i responded with details of why I was not selected for any new project, no update from the HR or the person who sent me the showcause notice as well, can anyone help in telling the next steps please
If no one is selecting you means something wrong with you definitely. There are plenty of jobs available to survive within CTS unless you have some special requirements or you aren’t adapting to new technologies

I have been in one domain for the past 17 years and done multiple roles and projects .. technology wise I have no skills and I do not want to learn technology based skills now ...I am a non IT person and I am happy the way I am and I have known my positives and negatives so I don't think my decision is a special requirement and I have been able to adapt to new technologies as and when it comes to my domain which is non IT. Do what you know best and learn from others how to do it even better is what I believe in ..don't think I need to start learning java and angular now to start a career and that's not going to help me right at the moment

Switch asap, there is no other way. Apply immediate joining positions.
No open positions for ops background, only technical support or technical roles which I do not have any knowledge hence not taken up any new project.. trying for all ops related projects however all are rejected
Don’t wait for there response, may be they will ask you to do resignation yourself and provide you 2 months salary( I’m not sure about this)
Try sending msgs to hiring manager you see in tmp and most probably hr will call you in few days stating that to leave instead when they call ask them for few more days try internally as well as externally.

Market position is not good. I suggest to accept any role and search outside for your desire role.
Thanks , There is no role to accept as every role I am applying is being rejected without even doing an interview .. market is not that great and no roles outside as well.. thanks for the suggestion thou!
