Rumor or Reality? TCS Salary Hikes Based on Office Attendance!

There’s been a lot of buzz about TCS linking salary hikes and variable pay to return-to-office (RTO) compliance. Is it just a rumor or the truth?

The hikes are purely based on your delivery manager, program manager, BU head etc. HR generally plays very minimal role.

This is Variable pay only. Hike is totally based on organizational performance seems this year hike % wil me max 6-8 as per news.

Just keep one thing in mind today and tomorrow it will be same salary hike appraisal fully depends on your manager ,supervisor IOU performance, BU and all . There's nothing to do with attendance,RTO .Just in few projects useless managers they are using this reason as weapon thats it it's about your pure luck .FYI Me and my few friends still doing WFH without any deductions and proper appraisal .
