Ruined my career .. please suggest something.

I was working in company for 1.5 years and most of time i was on bench and not working.

Tech stack - React js , Html, Js , Css

In September i resigned because I was going through very tough time in my personal life. Now Gap is 10 months

Suggest me something on this please

1 ) how should I tackle HR for justifying my gap

  1. should I apply as a fresher ( not feeling confident because I was bench most the time)

  2. How to get interview calls and how should I apply.
