Rude communications from Team Leads and Manager
Looks like TCS Team Leads and managers in X account don't know how to speak with employees and respected.These people are thinking are super heros without doing any work in the company.Most of the time doing personal work and late to office.Targetting the senior employees who are questioning.
Please guide me where to raise the complaint on these people.

If someone can raise voice on you and you post on social media, that only implies weakness.

Grievance redressal is the only process I know off if you see it as a concern related to ethics or harassment.
Wait patiently for their weak time. Blast them while leaving the company. Or else for the satisfaction harm them outside. Leads pls correct me if I am bad. I don't encourage these type of people in earth. Just remember your engineering days and slogan tit for tat.
