Managers and er team are very rude and unhelpful . They won’t help you with any real solutions but rather ask to take unpaid leaves in medical condition and will say come back to work even after knowing condition. Wherein they help there favourite people to move to bench. And to me it was informed it is not paid “45 days bench period”. Clearly lying to avoid helping.🙂 working environment sucks. Not a safe place to work.
Sounds like a tough situation. Addressing this with HR or higher management might help. Favoritism and lack of support are serious issues that need attention. Stay strong and seek support where possible.
The fact is hr team us involved in it there literal words were return to work as it is affecting their work. What can i expect now from hr who has primary duty of working for employee welfare. Managers are not even supporting. I am just amazed to see all this🥲🥲
