Since we're nearing the completion of Week 2 of the Return To Ofifce mandate, let's see how folks have reacted to it

You’re free to do anything until first warning is issued for non compliance. Post that consequences will be active for enforcements. Now the million dollar question is when they will roll out first report non compliance. My guess- not anytime soon, at least 3 months since RTO commencement. Reason- when change happens it take times to show expected results, lot of people facing seat booking/relocating/exception problems. These problems need time to settle down. Then after 2 months they might release non compliance mails. Post that shit will get serious.
Maybe I got lucky and ahead of the curve switched to another company with 120% hike now I am doing hybrid mode but at least hopefully will be able to manage exchanges, still nothing beats living with family which I enjoyed for 4 years in Accenture.
