RTO WFO Index percentage

Guys, Are you guys seeing any changes in wfo Index percentage calculation? Nowadays if we are unable to attend all working days in a month it says below 100% and if you spend some hours it calculates diff percentage. Has anyone noticed this ?

Hours are not yet taken into calculation, only days...
