Is 80% criteria for working hours or working days?

Can I go to office 19/23(82%) of working days without it being a problem.

Or does it mean 5 days a week with 7/9(80%) hours spent at office.

Number of Hours are not in consideration as of now.

WFO should be 85% and above. i.e you have to visit office. You swipe records should be captured.

Yes. But HR is not calculating monthly but quarterly. So in a month if you are achieving 85+% attendance then you are safe for getting 100% of QVA of what has been decided
