RTO wasn't a bad move nor a good move. what do u think?
RTO from last quater was never intended for regular employees it was used way to filter all the fake tcs employees who wouldn't work or get into a project just slack off of getting paid and doing further more education, owning business or just staying at home chilling like parasites benefiting off of salaries and in turn will reduce the hikes for everyone since they were getting paid at no effort. it was purely to move out these one,But later on it was misused against us who regular or least come to office to keep us on a leash. This was my opinion anyway on how the way it was being tracked and the factors they considered... what do u guys think?

This was the worst move everyone who has to live away from home town is wasting 3-4 hours of the day in useless stuffs productivity is halved I am still in doubt how they managed to make profits this year
I will half agree to ur point, because i myself live 60+kms from my office and go by bus. I could live near to my office prolly 1-5kms away in a hostel or so. But i want live in city and i choose to live of a 3hrs worth of travel time away from office through out the day. We can't fully blame them?
Also on productivity ofcourse wfh helps to boost it but the dark side of it I've seen my colleagues take advantage of it going on tours while work hours logging in just to manage.
