Trending @Accenture; RTO - Unable to go to office first week

I am unable to go to office in first week of February because of planned leaves till wednesday and other commitments. What to do in that case?

Shall I inform my manager regarding it. Or is there any protocol that needs to be followed. From second week of feb I will go to office once every week.
