Trending @Accenture; RTO Toxic Policy

My hole 1 or 2 days are getting wasted in traveling from hometown to office, and money as well, such a toxic policy, please if anyone from Senior HR Team is reading stop this policy, I am seeing most of the employees are leaving Accenture because of 1 day a week policy as they are getting it difficult, who are not based in the Accenture's office city. You should give employees the flexibility to wfo or wfh.

I know this policy is too rigid and making no sense
But you are lucky you can do up and down from home town, feel for those people who lives very far from hometown, getting exception is difficult, only option is take two week leave to go hometown.

Hybrid and Flexibility word should be used when you take care of all employees mental well-being.

Just because you don't have office space for 5 days office , they are giving hybrid option of 1 day in week, but employees are suffering teams are scattered only going for punch in for few hrs

I feel they should give proper hikes and then make it all days wfo or else just WFH. This for namesake convenience is adding extra burden.

I think Accenture management has gone from Employees first to Shareholders first policy sikce the past couple of years. That would explain the low to no hikes, anti employee policies like rto (seems like the end goal is to load shedding and save on payroll costs). Ultimately passing all the profits to shareholders. Let me know if you think otherwise.
