RTO, timings

Please try to spend atleast 2 to 3 hrs for 5 days weekly. These guys are implementing worst rules day by day not even not thinking about traffic journey time, nite calls, high summer etc..

That's my point, I got more than 10 dudes in my odc ,who have not even attended single day. And they are not getting any mail. So isn't it better than them

Where is hybrid model like tcs told and infosys has 12 days

Many are not even reporting, so considering that atleast you are reporting it might be fine as of now, but you never know

Dude, it will impact your appraisal and overall performance in near future. Because, already many project leads are asking employees to be at office for min 6 to 7 hrs a day. This is because, now list is getting prepared who all are pulling this stunt 🌝 Its better to be at office for at least 6 to 7 hrs, if you want better appraisal 🌝🥲 better safe than sorry. Besides, if you are going to office anyway, better be there for few hours.

You can sit for as much time as you want, you just need to visit the office daily. I myself sit for around 1 hr daily and than go back. Currently they are just checking you visiting office or not. No time bound to sit in office for now but may be from April they will start that as well. Till than just swipe and come back and prepare.
