Hello all, needed a suggestion

Is it true that the variable pay is going to be deducted if RTO index is less than 60%? What if we didn't go to office for two months straight? Any complications? Or should we go back as it is made mandatory? I need to take care of my parents at home so RTO is gonna be a concern for me

I'd appreciate any responses here

Thats what the compensation letter said this year and that is the assumption. We will all know when we get the salary this month.

Do u think they'll take extreme measures like termination or forceful resignation as such?

If they start with variable pay this quarter, we certainly can assume drastic measures in future if we arent compliant.

Just check if going to office cost more than your variable pay then be happy don’t go
