RTO Status and WFH

Hello All,

Need one help.

For one quarter, how much days we can do wfh so that it should not impact QVA (attendance above 85%)

As per my calculation its 9 days WFH per Quarter.

Please guide

Can you share your formula based which you calculated?

Working days = 22 per month 85% of 22 days = 18.7 22 - 18.7 = 3.3

3 days approx wfh

Math seems solid, but TCS policies aren't Excel sheets where rounding off works every time!
