I’m currently going to the office only 3 days a week, even though my work model requires 5 days. So technically, I’m non-compliant. No one has noticed so far, and I’d like to continue going only 3 days. Is there any major issue if I don’t follow the RTO policy?
They take into account everything and it comes up during appraisal or promotions or notice period. So be careful or else change project which demands lesser office time. Else you can continue if you are ok with default rating and expectation is minimum. Rapport with manager also matters.

I am planning to leave in 3 to 4months max currently up skilling myself
Rating and promotion will be impacted unless you are delivering things on time.
BTW my average is 28 mins for entire year and last year it was around 2 hours.
BTW I am PA in the same tenure for 2.8 months not promoted and left the organisation
