RTO query information

Till December I was getting WFO EXCEPTION but since. 1st jan I was told to attend the office but I am not going to the office and okay for my deduction in QAV BUT will there be any issue will they ask to resign or terminate me ?

Nothing will happen . I am going 4-5 days a month . QAV is deducted and I have not received any mails or calls from HR . So that should be fine

Quarterly variable payout is less then 60 % attendance in office then full amount will be deducted

Mine was around 55% , got plenty calls and deducted QVA as well
