Trending @Cognizant; RTO query for Associate promotion
Hi Everyone, Currently I am at PA grade and will complete my 30 months in May at PA, However as there is some RTO policy that needs to be followed for Associate promotion for which I am not sure. As checked my work model is 0-1 d/w Remote. So do I need to go to office or not?? As if I am not going because of my work model than it should not impact my promotion. I am not sure for Associate promotion are they following the work model criteria with respect to RTO or is it 2-3 days a week criteria?? My last doubt is that in goperform skill profile is showing 70% and I updated it in Dec last week but I guess the timeline is missed so it should not impact my promotion as remaining all the factors in goperform are 100%. Requesting clarification from Everyone, please assist me. Thanks.
Bro but my work model is remote. Also recently I checked with one of my colleague who got promoted earlier he was also having the same work model and didn't go to office still he got promoted. Although his promotion was delayed because when he joined the new project than he was eligible for Associate promotion but manager denied to promote as he was new to the project. So if remote work model is there than not sure whether it's mandatory or not to go office for Associate promotion. Since I need to relocate to Mumbai for visiting 5 days office per month. Please suggest
Hi @US0209, a small query that should we need to intimate our home mangers about our completion of 30 months? Or that will automatically get those details? Or should we need to formally send a mail to them?
Don't take risk.... maintain 5 days a month RTO as per work model for next 5 months
