I didn't go to the office for an entire month of August and I received an email recently. What action will be taken now?

What is written in the email ?

just a few routine statement about RTO and a last sentence stating you are expected to follow organizational directives and policies else action would be taken and thats it. I haven't gone to office this month as well

If not allocated then salary will be stopped. If you are allocated then lucky...few statements from manager and then WFO index report at this quater will be less and few salary deduction If WFO index is less then 85%
