HR will send you couple of warnings and if you still don't comply you will get a termination letter in Show cause notice. Better comply or take approval for wfh

I am billable. Getting some bookings and i am not going. Project manager is not getting any notifications tho home manager is getting details and maybe this will reflect in promotions
