If we miss once a week office day like once in two Month or so , what will happen ? If we are going office twice otherwise but miss once in 2-3 month a week , what is impact of rto policy ?

No one gives a single fuck if u miss one week. What is flagged is multiple weeks breach

Nothing happens. It will just show that you didn’t go for a week. If happens multiple times in short duration you may get a warning.
