RTO policy for 5 days a week

My project is not accepting exception and has asked to maintain RTO of 5 days a week. I need a wfh for a month for some personal reasons, How can I do that?Please suggest something as it is very urgent.

Just take a leave without pay if they dont agree. Your health and personal matters are more important than any job. If they dont understand, they dont deserve you. Money can be earned later, peace of mind is priceless.

Can I apply half day leaves, will it work?

You will be losing your variable. I think other than that there won't be any impact.85 percent is minimum you should be having wfo complaint to receive variable.
