RTO not helping much now ?

In spite of having 90% RTO, feared of layoff....after starting 100% RTO, I used to think my job would be safe....but I was wrong...

For Q1 I have 74%WFO and in July i never went exceptf for 5days which were leaves and in August i am planning to go from 17thAugust....I am in same project since 3years.
