If you are no complaint for a long time then appraisals will be impacted, no promotion for non complaint persons

Incase of resignation does it affect the date of release... As in can the date of release get extended incase of RTO non-compliance?

As per my understanding, if its related to health issues you can raise for exception request in RTO. I believe it depends on your manager.

Deduction of city allowance, will affect appraisal because by default C band would be given, won't get promotion, plan to link both monthly and quarterly variable with RTO
