RTO Non compliance help

I lost my dad 2 months back and due to that I had to rush from Work location BLR to home in Delhi. I asked my manager about work from home and manager in TCS Noida told me due to unavailability of seat we come on roster basis for once a week only rest of the week we do wfh . So i started reporting there once a week and after a month I received a mail from TCS BLR that your Quarter bonus will be impacted in this quarter due to absence in BLR office.

I want to ask if I can do anything to waive off this RTO non compliance thing and possibly save my Quarter bonus.

You can raise an exception from GSS , and ask the supervisor to approve then you will out off these things

U could have ask ur manager to approve Exception in system and let him do follow up with HR for approval.
