RTO non compliance

Have no intention to make you feel anxious but the organisation is looking for all the possibilities to reduce the head count. I have a feeling that TCS might start laying off people. Huge number of people on the bench. In addition to this, they’re implementing 9 hour rule on all 5 days a week at office just to make sure employees leave the organisation asap as there are 1000s of people waiting in the queue for a job.

I would say be prepared for interviews. Start facing interviews as soon as possible as I dont think the RMG would care about any reason for you to not come to office.

I havent gone at all tbh. I submitted a 40 page diagnosis about my health.HR still disapproved my WFH.
