For AST and above qva will anyways be 70 percent...... and based on rto compliance there will be deductions on the already deducted qva.......

Why there is no fixed salary in tcs like rest of the company? What is the problem for TCS giving fixed salary, instead of wondering how much I will get this month?
Dhunda tumne? google samne se ake to nhi kahegi ki " are bhai tumne TCS me kaam kiya hai aa jao job lelo ". Log switch nhi kr par rhe is waja se increment itna kaam hua hai .unko pata hai logo ki buski nhi hai.

As per my understanding QVA is quarterly then why will it impact july month salary. Can anyone clarify please. I am new to Tcs
I had many no shows as i had forgotten to log exceptions on time. They yesterday made me apply my leaves close to which would have been utilised in next 2 years.
