I also got the same mail i think the esa manager has not set the work model for us till now thats why we are getting these mail

Bur before few months ago we received work model mail from ESA right

Get your work model checked with Esa manager. And if it's 4 to 5 days then you need to travel to office all 5 days of week other wise no problem
