Hey everyone, Just wanted to mention that the RTO process is mandatory to be followed for PA to A promotion. I have received 5 rating for the last 2 years. My CCA is 100% complete. My utilisation is 100%.

Since there was an office refurbishment going on we got a mail not to report to the office but the work model was not changed to remote even after requesting. Now they have denied A promotion in this quarter stating no compliance of RTO in the last quarter.

So anyone wondering, yes RTO quota has to be met however good you might have been in the other aspects.

Hi , I joined as PAT on Dec 5 2024 , I have 4 rating and I am following RTO and when can I expect to be A. When will the HM inform me . Please help me with this . I need this promotion badly. Thanks
