As you are aware, effective February 3, 2025, you are required to work in office in your base location, for at least one day a week, as guided by your Project Lead.
You would have received the e-mail notification on January 10, 2025, titled “For your action: Weekly presence in office”, in which the guideline was that starting February 3, 2025, you are required to work in office in your base location, for at least one day a week, as guided by your Project Lead.
A review of our records indicate that you have not adhered to these aforesaid guidelines. U As shared in the mail, as per Policy 0864- Misconduct -1.6.4, refusing to work from your designated base location / office location / client location, will be considered as a failure to comply with supervisory or Accenture direction, as well as non-compliance to Policy 1085 - Primary Residential Location (with India supplement).
You are hereby counselled to work in office in your base location, for at least one day a week, starting within the next three working days, as guided by your Project Lead. Any further non-compliance will lead to appropriate actions.
I am working from another location and my manager knows that and I even have approval from my people lead. I didn’t apply through tool. He suggested to go to any location for one day at least in a week. My project also got extended till next year.
This is for one of my reportee , who has not visited since Feb even once
And you weren't forced from above to take action, or you let go it without that too I assume, but why, if I may ask generally?
She is on Maternity Leave , I replied back to HR that she shouldn't be scope of this communication.
Anway RTO exception can be applied for returning mother's till child is 1 Yr old

For the record , I visit to office around 4 times a week. I can focus better & have better productivity in office. Also helps me cut off between Work & Life.
Even not feeling myte on time is non compliance. I have seen heavy reaction now a days when my te is missed
