Trending @Accenture; RTO in notice period

Do I need to visit the office during my notice period, considering I am currently working from home? Is there any official Accenture policy or link that mentions employees serving their notice period are not required to come to the office?

He has asked for accenture policy? Also remember not complying to accenture policy will allow your manager to put in PIP on ground of compliance.

This will lead to 2 major things

  1. No Variable pay, even if you are payroll of accenture on the day of payout.
  2. You candidature will be marked as no re-hire, which will affect your BCG checks and you will not be allowed to rejoin and will get rejected in BGC.

So don't go like that you will not join back accenture ever because future we can't predict might be you are in need that time and accenture offers you job but the. In HR round for BGC they will reject.
