RTO impacting pay

Hi all

Working for Tcs from the past 4.5 years. RTO non compliant from more than 1.5 years. Today I received a mail from the lead HR business stating going forward it will impact pay and many other imperatives. Are they really going to stop pay? Has anyone received this mail? Please provide your insights. Thanks in advance

Qva will not be released. Other than that it's compliance issue and they can consider it during appraisal and promotion as negative factor. Besides, rto non compliance is also being used as a reason for termination.

Why to stop pay, they can simply terminate 🤔🤔

Folks who are coming daily to the office are asking questions to HR / Management. Why should I need to come to the office every day where non ODC guys are not coming. Hence they are planning to redirect every project based on the ODC location.

My QVA was deducted in last quarter due to less than 75% rto
