RTO impact on QVA and Annual Bonus

I come to know deduction of QVA and AnnualBonus because RTO non compliant..

QVA anyways we as per company decision like last quarter only 35%

But what is Annual Bonus.. Is this any TCSer get anytime in there TCS tenure ???
