RTO hours not required for the band?

I think HR will say based on the RTO band will be given but in reality it's not true it seems. In Q3 I just swiped daily in my 2office app it shows 0-3 hours.

I think RTO is not the main reason for band if it is then lot of people were there whose attendance is less then 60% but they got B band

Last quarter my index was less than 10 percent still got A band it totally depends on your manager

I got A band and I was in complete work from home ! Maintaining WFO index as 0 % so it definitely does not matter. Purely on your work performance
