Recieved mail from DC stating that from July onwards monthly 10 days we have to report to office. Is it mandatory to go office even though we have attendance in hours in portal or we can do WFH?
Incase if we plan to go office 10 days we have to go or 5 to 6 days is enough if we have hours?
I got mail that we need to visit office 2 days per week mandatory and need to cover 10 days per month. Don't know why they mentioned 2 days mandatory per week even though we are covering 10 days per month. Usually I will cover 10 days in first 2 weeks and will take WFH last 2 weeks. Nkw they changed the process.
For some people, in a week also they mentioned specific days to visiti office not any day in a week😢

The hours things is some system issue. Everyone needs to come atleast 10 days a month unless you have explicit approval from your managers to avoid. Just because system is showing hours you can’t use that to defend your self later when they target you for non compliance
